Grump's Evergreen Acres
For a long time we have had a dream of moving to Oregon and in the early spring of 2007
we started looking for a piece of land. After crisscrossing the state on several trips there was one small
town, Prairie City, that we just kept looking at and one day there it was 8 acres.
There is a good well and over 2,000 pine trees on it. The pines were planted for and
sold as Christmas trees, we have plans to continue this. There is about 3 acres of hay.
All of the permits are in place so in the spring of 2009 we plan on moving
there and building a new house and a new life.

We took a C Van from Ontario, Oregon and placed it just out of the trees.
Now we have a place to work out of in the spring.
